Michelene Collopy

With over 30 years in financial markets, Michelene has deep expertise in governance, risk, and compliance. She is the Chair of Perpetual Superannuation Limited ($6.5B FUM) and a Director of Teachers Mutual Bank ($5B FUM), where she chairs the Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee. Michelene also serves on Perpetual’s Compliance Committees ($20B FUM) and the Council of the University of Technology Sydney.Her prior executive experience includes serving as CFO and COO for ASX and AIM-listed companies. Michelene is a Chartered Accountant, registered company auditor, and Justice of the Peace.
