Paul Stratton

Paul joined Household Capital in 2017 and is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. He previously held the position of Chief Distribution Officer. In his role, Paul is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Operations, including the development of new channels and the platform to grow the business.
Paul is an experienced financial services professional, having held roles with leading wealth platforms and technology businesses. He has spent over a decade developing innovative products and services for the retirement and pension segment in Australia and was part of the team that brought AXA’s North platform to market.
Paul is an industry leader in the development and provision of retirement products including variable annuities and is passionate about the need to innovate and develop new solutions for Australia’s retirement sector. Paul holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
