Household Capital $500 Gift Card Offer - Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Household Capital Pty Limited (ABN 97 618 086 586) (Household Capital, we, or us).

2. Eligibility

This offer is available to Australian residents who:

  • have previously engaged with Household Capital but have not yet settled a loan; and
  • call 1300 023 353 and book an obligation-free meeting with Household Capital by 11:59 pm AEDT on 19 December 2025; and
  • attend that meeting on or before 31 March 2026.

Employees, contractors, agents, brokers, introducers or any other third-party intermediaries engaged in referring customers to Household Capital, and their immediate families, are not eligible.

3. Offer details

Eligible participants who subsequently apply for and settle a new Household Loan with Household Capital after their meeting will receive one (1) $500 Coles/Myer Gift Card. The Gift Card will be issued to the primary borrower (if more than one borrower, the first-named borrower on the loan) within 60 days after settlement of the Household Loan.

Only one Gift Card will be issued per settled loan, regardless of the number of applicants or borrowers. Offer is limited to one per household.

4. Gift Card

  • The Gift Card is a Coles/Myer prepaid card subject to the card issuer’s terms and conditions (see the back of the card or https://www.giftcards.com.au/CMS/Page/giftcardtermsofpurchase).
  • Gift Cards are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
  • Household Capital is not responsible for lost, stolen or expired Gift Cards.
  • Your name and contact details may be provided to a third-party fulfilment provider for the purpose of delivering the Gift Card.

5. Loan Criteria

All applications for Household Loans are subject to Household Capital’s normal credit approval, standard lending criteria, fees, charges, and loan terms and conditions.

6. General

  • By booking a meeting or otherwise participating in this offer, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • Household Capital may amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time before you book a meeting, provided such change does not affect any person who has already booked in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Household Capital reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any person who has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any fraud, manipulation or misconduct in connection with this offer.
  • This offer cannot be used with any other Household Capital promotional offer.
  • Any tax or other liability arising from the receipt of the Gift Card is the sole responsibility of the recipient. Independent legal and financial advice is recommended.
  • Participation in this offer is optional. If you do not wish to participate, advise Household Capital when booking your meeting.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable consumer protection laws. Except for those rights, Household Capital is not responsible for any loss or damage arising in connection with this offer.
