The processing time was very long. The initial loan application took 3e months to process and the variation took 6 weeks to process, not the stated 2 to 3 weeks. For the initial loan, representatives were not readily available.

Excellent service Sam made the whole process easy and saved me a lot of stress.

During my application process I was advised not to apply for the full amount of equity available, but leave some for unforeseen future circumstances. Make sure you check your statements! Yes Household Capital helped and were very accommodating, reliable and efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with them, but we found a major discrepancy and would suggest if you have a loan and you are making any type of repayment make sure it is actually allocated correctly to your account.
