Household Capital Refer A Friend Gift Card Offer

1. Promoter

The promoter is Household Capital Pty Limited (ABN 97 618 086 586) (Household Capital, we, or us).

2. Promotion period

This promotion commences on 18 March 2026 (Commencement Date) and will continue until amended, suspended or withdrawn by Household Capital.

3. Eligibility

This offer is available to Australian residents:

• who are an existing Household Capital customer whose Household Loan has settled (Referrer); and
• who refer a friend or family member (Referee) who contacts Household Capital and quotes the Referrer’s full name or email address during the call; and
• where the Referee subsequently applies for and settles a new Household Loan with Household Capital.

Only referrals made after the Commencement Date are eligible.

Self-referrals are not permitted.

Employees, contractors, agents, brokers, introducers or any other third-party intermediaries engaged in referring customers to Household Capital, and their immediate families, are not eligible.

4. Offer details

If an eligible Referee settles a new Household Loan with Household Capital, both the Referrer and the Referee will each receive one (1) $250 Coles/Myer Gift Card (or equivalent gift card determined by Household Capital).

To qualify for the offer, the Referee must identify the Referrer when first contacting Household Capital by quoting the Referrer’s full name or email address. Household Capital will rely on the information recorded at that time to determine the eligible Referrer. If more than one person claims to have referred the same Referee, Household Capital will determine the eligible Referrer based on the information recorded when the Referee first contacts Household Capital. Household Capital’s determination will be final. Household Capital must be able to reasonably verify the referral based on the information recorded at that time. Referrals that cannot be reasonably verified may not qualify for this promotion.

Gift Cards will generally be issued within 60 days after settlement of the Referee’s Household Loan.

For each eligible referral that results in settlement of a Household Loan, one (1) Gift Card will be issued to the Referrer and one (1) Gift Card will be issued to the Referee. Where there are joint borrowers (for example, a couple), only one Gift Card will be issued to the Referee(s) in respect of that Household Loan.

A Referrer may refer multiple people and may receive a Gift Card for each eligible referral, provided all eligibility criteria in these Terms and Conditions are satisfied.

The Referrer and Referee will only receive the Gift Card if and when the Referee’s Household Loan settles.

Household Capital reserves the right to limit or decline referrals where it reasonably considers that referrals are being made in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of this promotion, including large-scale or organised referral activity.

5. Gift Card

• The Gift Card is a Coles/Myer prepaid card subject to the card issuer’s terms and conditions (see the back of the card or visit https://www.giftcards.com.au/CMS/Page/giftcardtermsofpurchase).
• Gift Cards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• Household Capital is not responsible for lost, stolen or expired Gift Cards.
• Your name and contact details may be provided to a third-party fulfilment provider for the purpose of delivering the Gift Card.

6. Loan Criteria

All applications for Household Loans are subject to Household Capital’s normal credit approval, standard lending criteria, fees, charges, and loan terms and conditions.

7. General

• By participating in this promotion or making a referral, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• Household Capital may amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time, provided such change does not affect any person who has already satisfied the eligibility criteria under these Terms and Conditions.
• Household Capital reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any person who has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraud, manipulation or misconduct in connection with this promotion.
• Household Capital may refuse to issue a Gift Card where it reasonably believes the promotion is being misused, manipulated or used in a manner inconsistent with the intent of this promotion.
• This offer cannot be used with any other Household Capital promotional offer unless otherwise stated.
• Any tax or other liability arising from receipt of the Gift Card is the sole responsibility of the recipient. Independent legal and financial advice is recommended.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable consumer protection laws. Except for those rights, Household Capital is not responsible for any loss or damage arising in connection with this offer.
