Option 1: Mortgage Broker - Originator

Select this option to take full ownership of your client's loan application, guiding them through every stage from initial enquiry to settlement. Deliver the personalised service your clients expect, while benefiting from our expert resources and dedicated support. This option offers an upfront commission of 0.8% of the approved loan amount, plus a 0.2% trail on drawn funds, ensuring ongoing remuneration as your clients access their funds.

    • Begin the process by clicking the Partner With Us Now button to get started.
  2. Complete the Partner Registration Form
    • Fill out the required details in the Partner Registration Form, ensuring all mandatory fields are completed accurately. In the Referrer Type field, ensure you select Broker-Originator.
  3. Enroll in the Accreditation Course
    • After submitting the form, we will automatically enrol you in the Household Capital Mortgage Broker Accreditation and Guide course. You will receive an email with the access details to start the course.
  4. Complete the Accreditation Course
    • Complete the course at your own pace, typically in under 45 minutes. Once finished, you will receive your certificate of completion.
  5. Access the Accredited Broker Support Portal
    • Within one business day of completing the course, we will send you an email with access details for the Accredited Broker Portal. This portal provides essential resources and tools covered in the accreditation course and guide. It will also be your primary resource when preparing to submit your client's loan application.

Option 2: Mortgage Broker - Referrer

By choosing to partner with Household Capital as a Mortgage Broker - Referrer, you can simplify your business operations while offering valuable lending solutions to your clients aged 60+. As a referral partner, you maintain the client relationship and focus on the broader aspects of your business, while we take care of the time-consuming tasks of credit assistance, loan processing, and compliance management. This approach allows you to offer high-quality service to your clients without the administrative burden, knowing that your clients’ loan applications are handled with expertise and care by our team. As a referral partner, you’ll also receive a 0.3% commission on the approved loan amount for each of your clients.

    • Fill out the required details in the Partner Registration Form, ensuring all mandatory fields are completed accurately. In the Referrer Type field, be sure to select Mortgage Broker - Referrer to indicate that you prefer to work as a referral partner.
  3. Referrer Agreement provided
    • After submitting the form, we will prepare a Referrer Agreement and email it to you. Making a referal to us will confirm your acceptance of the terms of our agreement.
