Following my time at Challenger, where I led the Distribution, Product and Marketing teams, I have founded two start-ups focused on assisting Australian seniors access fundamental retirement income sources from government agencies. Pension Boost assists seniors to access the government’s reverse mortgage option – the Pension Loans Scheme – and prior to that Retirement Essentials which assists seniors access the age pension and other welfare payments.

I have more than 25 years experience serving on entity boards and industry groups including 12 years in the not-for-profit sector. I currently serve as a non-executive director on the boards of HUB24 Limited (ASX: HUB) and EQT Superannuation Limited.
