Michelene Collopy has over 30 years’ experience in financial markets and has held senior roles in compliance, funds management, treasury and financial reporting. Michelene is currently Chair of Perpetual Superannuation Limited (FUM $6.5B) and sits as an independent member on their Compliance Committees (FUM$20B). She is a Director of Teachers Mutual Bank (FUM $5B), where she chairs the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.

Michelene is also a Member of the Council of the University of Technology Sydney and has served as CFO and COO of ASX and AIM listed resources, energy and technology companies.

Michelene is a qualified chartered accountant and financial planning specialist, a registered company auditor, licensed operator on the Australian Stock Exchange, and Justice of the Peace.
