Luke was appointed to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer in May 2020 to scale the business for further growth. He is responsible for ensuring the right processes, people and planning are in place as Household Capital looks to grow and launch new services.

Luke’s previous roles include Chief Commercial Officer of consumer electronics start-up Nura, COO at Sportsbet and RELX (formerly Reed Elsevier) and as an economist for the Productivity Commission.
