Household Capital Board - James Tutton

James Tutton serves as Executive Deputy Chair, working across Household Capital’s governance and executive teams. He is a Director of Neometro, a socially focused real estate development group, and Director of Trip Fuser, a travel-tech startup.

James has extensive experience in the property, mental health, arts, education and business sectors. He is director and co-founder of The Plato Project, an online and on-campus business school, and director and co-founder of Smiling Mind, one of Australia’s leading mental health not for profit groups.

He is also a Director of the Contemporary Arts Precincts (CAP) – a new not for profit re-purposing of Melbourne’s Collingwood TAFE site into a large multi-disciplinary artistic community. James established the Moonlight Cinema in Melbourne in 1996. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy) and is a published author.
